Watch for your "Check Engine Light" on your instrument panel. The Indicator Light usually looks like the picture below

When this indicator lights up, it's telling you that the vehicle has a potentially serious problem. If the vehicle seems to be running okay, it may be something as simple as the gas cap not being screwed on tightly enough, or an emissions sensor that has gone bad.  

If tightening the gas cap doesn't correct the problem, the vehicle should be looked at to determine if there is something seriously wrong. Make an appointment by calling us at at the number at the top of the page.
